TERMS & CONDITIONS

LLL Services, LLC

By submitting a deposit to LLL Services, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to reserve your excursion date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

All deposits are non-refundable once paid.

3. Exceptions – Operator Cancellation

A deposit will be refunded only if LLL Services, LLC must cancel the excursion due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions

• Mechanical or equipment issues

• Captain availability

• Other operational or safety-related reasons

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

4. Rescheduling Policy

An excursion of the same or longer duration may be rescheduled without forfeiting the deposit provided that:

• Notice is given at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled excursion date, and

• The rescheduled excursion is confirmed by LLL Services, LLC subject to availability

Rescheduling with fewer than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Customer Cancellations & No-Shows

• Customer-initiated cancellations are not eligible for a deposit refund

• Failure to appear on the scheduled date and time (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the deposit

6. Weather Determination

The determination of whether weather conditions are safe for operation is made solely by LLL Services, LLC.
Light rain, cloud cover, or forecast uncertainty alone does not guarantee cancellation.

7. Liability Waiver Acknowledgment

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge that participation in any excursion requires execution of LLL Services, LLC’s Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.

You confirm that:

• You have been made aware of the waiver requirements

• You understand that the waiver must be signed prior to participation

• Refusal or failure to sign the liability waiver does not entitle you to a refund of the deposit

8. Agreement

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
